Executive Liaison
The Office of the CEO is a newly created team that is dedicated to providing the Chief Executive with a high level of support, advisory services and facilitation of CEO priority items. The role exists to maximise CEO productivity and effectiveness.
The Executive Liaison will own and manage a number of executive processes where efficient facilitation, management and communication are paramount. These include the newly established Elected Member Request for Service process from capture to closure and providing liaison and communication to internal and external stakeholders as directed by Chief Executive officer and Executive officer.
The role will work closely with the Executive Officer and backfill where required for either the CEO’s or Mayors Executive Assistants. As this is a new role and team, it is expected that both the role, and the Office of the CEO will evolve over time
This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who brings the smarts and passion to make a huge difference to the CEO Office. To be considered for the role, you will bring the following;
- Experience with information systems to capture and manage information
- Experience updating and producing reporting information for executive briefings
- 5+ years equivalent with central, regional or local government organisations
- 5+ years experience in Executive Assistant / Executive Liaison roles or equivalent
- Qualification/s in a relevant field e.g Business Diploma or Information systems

- The grade applicable to the position is Grade 14 within Councils salary structure.
- The Salary is $61,215 to $72,018 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
